but there is a shiny lining on next week's doomcloud- though al franken will terrifyingly be taking the week off, he will be replaced M-W by Tom Oliphant rather than Sam "Sucky" Seder. and Tom Oliphant is a hilarious dorky guy who looks like this:
he also has a pretty funny laugh, though i can't figure out how i would go about splicing his laugh out of a downloaded al franken show so that you could here it. pretty sure i couldn't.
oh, who am i kidding? as if you care!
